What's included
The price of the journey itself. Flights, accommodation, car hire, activities: you receive one all-inclusive quote, with a single payment link. Only your personal expenses on the ground (free meals, tips, shopping) and your travel insurance remain at your charge.
What isn't
Tickets, accommodation and activities are paid by you and booked in your name. You pay providers directly and stay in control of your budget.
Frequently asked questions
How long before departure should I contact you?
As soon as possible—and that’s not just a polite phrase. The best places need to be booked well in advance: some lodges, guesthouses, and unique experiences fill up as much as a year before your travel date. During peak season, tickets sell out quickly and prices only go up. Contacting me six months to a year before a big trip gives you access to everything at the best rates.
How does payment work?
For the trip. Once the itinerary is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link: typically a 30% deposit to secure the reservations, followed by the balance 60 days before departure. The exact terms and conditions are those of my reservation partners, and they’ll be provided to you before you make any commitment. For my services. Payment is due in full upon approval of the quote. This initiates the planning process, and you won’t have to pay me anything else afterward.
What if I change my mind about a stage?
That's part of the plan. Before we hand over the itinerary, we'll work with you to fine-tune it until it's just right for you. After that, minor changes are still possible; major revisions will require a separate quote.
Will you make a reservation for me?
You don't have to look for anything: each reservation is sent to you as a unique payment link, directly from my reservations team. You can pay in just a few clicks, under your own name.
Could the price change?
The listed price is a starting point. It may vary depending on the number of stops, private services, and the complexity of the trip. You will always receive a detailed quote before making any commitment.
